Nomination Process

Nomination Submission:

• Nominations are open for professionals, institutions and organization in the education industry.

• Nomination is free of cost

• The nomination doesn't guarantee an award.

• A Company, Firm, or Organization cannot submit more than 3 nominations.

• An Individual cannot submit more than 1 nomination.

Review by Jury:

1. The Jury will review nominations and their decision will be final and binding.

2. The result will be sent to each nominee by email from “Awards Committee" within 5 days of the nomination.

3. Those Nominees who qualify will move to the next step.

4. Nominees who do not qualify will gracefully step aside from the award race but can participate as delegates.

Awardee Confirmation: 

• Selected Nominees will be attending the EdTalk World Conference 2024 to receive the Trophy/Plaque and due recognition on a Global Platform.

• Conference participation will require to book an Awardee Pass at a sum of USD 800 + Taxes

• Selected Nominees will be known as “Awardees” and will be entitled to the below-mentioned benefits/services:

1. Before Event:

• Special mention in “Ed-Insider” monthly e-magazine for Education Community.

• Opportunity to write an article for “Ed-Insider” which is further promoted on social media and EdTalk’s official website.

2. During Event:

• Awardee announcement on stage and receiving the Trophy/Plaque.

• Addressing the audience after receiving the Trophy/Plaque

• VIP full event access with networking opportunities.

• Your listing in the event show guide as an “Awardee”.

3. After Event:

• Listing on EdTalk’s official website as an “Awardee”

• Social media announcements.

• Mention in a special post-event edition of “Ed-Insider”.

• Receiving Certificate and Badge of Honor.
